The legal ads have the following items listed for the next zoning hearing.  That hearing will be held on 2/24/05 at 7:00pm in the Courthouse Annex (Zoning office). 

**Partners 3—Preliminary Plat of Subdivision for 98.95acs on Jackson Lake Rd.  This property has had several rezoning requests and we’re not sure how it’s zoned.  At the last rezoning request, Mr. Mitchell withdrew his request.  Please attend this meeting to see what Partners 3 is proposing.

**Initial public hearing to solicit public input on the revisions to both the Zoning Ordinance and the Development Ordinance.  Please attend this meeting, as these ordinances will determine how the Jasper County develops in the future.
