HB 218—Senator Johnny Grant responds
Johnny Grant
feels the same way about HB 218 as he did SB 5. It’s OK, and he
plans to vote for it. According to his response, he feels
that the fears of the public and media are unfounded. It is
unfortunate that the Republicans are becoming known as the Party of
Secrecy. It will certainly not help them in their bid for
re-election in the future. We still urge you to contact Senator
Grant, as other Senators have been changing their minds, as well as
the Committee members dealing with this bill. |
