Remember the Zoning request by Greg Wyatt at the 12/21/04 (the last BOC meeting of the term)?  Mr. Wyatt wanted to have some land rezoned, and Mr. Bennett wanted to vote on the issue.  During the hearing Mr. Wyatt said that he and Mr. Bennett had never been in business together.  It was brought up at that time that records in the courthouse show that he and Bennett have bought and sold land together over the past few years and even owned the land where Greg Wyatt lived (out of his district) on Post Road.  Sales contracts were drawn up in the name of B&W Land Partnership during that time.  This partnership is now called B&W Land, LLC. According to the latest poop sheet, B&W Land LLC has purchased 217 acres of land in the Liberty Church Rd., Barr Bridge Rd., Post Rd. area.  We expect more rezoning requests in the near future.
