Falls Development—“Monticello Farms” Proposed Rezone
Below
is the “conceptual plan” of the proposed rezone
of almost 900 acres stretching from Highway 11
N, Palato Road and Holloway Hollow to Calvin Rd.

The date has
not been set for the rezoning hearing as of yet; however,
the next planned P&Z meeting will be June 28, 2007 at
7:00PM.
The DRI (Developments
of Regional Impact) review is being handled by the NE Georgia
RDC. You can check that information at this link:

(There is nothing on the site about Jasper County as of
this date, but keep checking for updates.)
