IS THIS HOW OPEN GOVERNMENT WORKS?

 Why are Commissioners and the County Manager meeting OUT of the Courthouse and away from the public eye?  This is NOT how open government works.

What county business can be so important that the County Manager must drive to a Commissioner’s home or meet him away from the County Courthouse out of the public eye?

One must wonder when and where the other  Commissioners met with the County Manager.
