Does the County owe JCWSA money?
JCWSA
says County owes them $90,569—even though a few years ago they said it would
cost the taxpayers nothing! They need to
get their story straight!

Chairman of the JCWSA got up at the BOC meeting and made more comments about how JCWSA
didn’t mismanage anything; it’s just that the County owes them money for fire
hydrants!
How much did those fire
hydrants cost and why would the county or the taxpayers owe them anything?
How many times will you pay for a fire
hydrant near you?
What will their story
be when they still can’t make their debt payments????
